Introduction

Reiki and Seichem are gentle yet powerful healing systems that work deeply on the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual levels. They help release tension, clear blocked energy, and support your body’s natural ability to heal itself.

I have been channeling Reiki and Seichem energy for over 3 decades and have completed Level 1, Level 2, and Master Practitioner training. Over time, I have developed an intuitive, heart-centred way of working so each person receives a unique and supportive experience.

Sessions are available in person in Worlington, Suffolk, or as distance healing sessions.

What is Reiki?

Reiki is a Japanese healing method based on the flow of universal life force energy that moves through every living being. When this energy becomes blocked or depleted, it can lead to stress, imbalance, or physical discomfort. Reiki helps to restore harmony, bringing calm, clarity, and vitality back into your system.

During your session, you will remain fully clothed and relax while I channel energy through gentle hands-on or hands-above techniques. Each treatment begins with a short consultation to focus the session on what you most need that day.

What Is Seichem?

Seichem (pronounced Say-keem) is a high-frequency energy healing system that complements and expands Reiki. It connects with the elemental energies of Earth, Water, Fire, and Air — bringing deep clearing, emotional release, and spiritual growth.

Rooted in ancient Egyptian energy traditions, Seichem is often described as living light or heart-centred energy. It works at a deeper vibrational level to release blockages, transform old patterns, and awaken your spiritual connection.

What To Expect In A Session

Every session is different and can be a part of an overall package which I can provide upon consultation with a client.I not only offer Reiki/Seichem but Crystal Therapy and Homeopathy combined. Each session begins with a short consultation to understand your physical and emotional status. You’ll then be invited to sit or lie down, fully clothed,and guided into a short grounding meditation before I gently channel healing energy through my hands.

You may feel warmth, tingling, or subtle movement within the energy field. Many people enter a peaceful, meditative state — allowing the body to naturally heal, balance, and realign.

Afterwards, we take a few minutes to integrate and talk through any insights or aftercare guidance. If the session is integrated with Homeopathy a remedy may be selected to take after the healing or to take home with you.

Bush essences are selected to put into your glass of water after each session, this helps to ground and centre you before leaving.
